So, I've now officially read up and am on the diet - so far so good. Had a yummy bowl of cereal this morning, with two crispbread slilces and a banana on the side. For the first time in ages, I got all the way to lunchtime without feeling hungry!!
Speaking of lunchtime, I've just had a delicious Salmon and Broccoli pie with tons of blueberries and raspberries as a dessert, thinking about getting the blender out when I get home for some smoothies!
I'm still feeling really positive - everyone at work knows that I am on a diet now and to keep temptation out of my way!.. and after the initial mickey taking for me wearing my pedometer, everyone's asking me for the numbers now so I'm hoping they'll keep pestering me and keep me on the straight and narrow!
On a side note, GOD BLESS TESCO's - I've discovered the Tesco's has ProPoints values on the box!! I am so happy about that 'cause it can save me a fortune not buying Weight Watchers meals!!!
